There’s a particular kind of joy that only shows up during adrenaline pumping activities such as bungee jumping, rollercoaster rides, whitewater rafting. The freeness, the weightlessness, the surrender. Together they add up to a high I cannot fully explain.

- Bungee jumping
- Kawarau Gorge Suspension Bridge in Queenstown, New Zealand, 43 metres. This is place where bungee jumping was first done professionally.
- Bangalore, India: It was first time for me and for Bangalore. Professionally organized with the jump master from New Zealand.
- Suwakyo Bridge in Minakami, Japan, 42 metres. The organizing team was from New Zealand
- Whitewater Rafting
- Ganga river in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India
- Cauvery river in Karnataka, India
- Sita river in Karnataka, India
- Cagayan de Oro River, Mindanao, Philippines
- Kiulu River in Sabah, Malaysia
- Shiribetsu River in Hokkaido, Japan
- Amusement Parks / Roller Coaster Rides
- Fuji-Q Highland at the foot of Mount Fuji (*all-time favourite*)
- Tivoli Gardens Amusement Park in Copenhagen, Denmark: World’s 2nd oldest operating amusement park
- Thorpe Park near London
- Universal Studios in Osaka, Singapore and Los Angeles
- Disneyland in Hong Kong and Tokyo
- Disneysea in Tokyo
- EsselWorld in Mumbai
- Parc Asterix in Paris
- Tora Tora & Giant Wheel (which is what I called the Ferris wheel back then!) rides in the school carnivals as kids
